Clematis

Clematis

Themes: Groundedness, embodiment, presence, deep personal awareness.

“I am here, now. It is safe to be grounded in my body.”

One of the flowers in Dr. Edward Bach’s composite formula Rescue Remedy, also marketed as 5-Flower-Formula, Clematis is one of the most grounding remedies. Clematis is for the classic daydreamer, who would rather spend time in reverie than in reality. This type of personal expression can mean that we’re sitting on many untouched skills or talents that don’t get manifested into real-time due to diffuse consciousness. Clematis helps to integrate ideas, experiences, visions and warm presence into the physical body. This allows us to extend of ourselves and our deeper capacities into our own personal explorations, relationships, and contributions in the world.
