Star of Bethlehem
Star of Bethlehem is one of the flowers in Dr. Edward Bach’s composite formula Rescue Remedy, also marketed as 5-Flower-Formula. A deeply soothing remedy, Star of Bethlehem connects us to spiritual reassurance during acute times of stress such as trauma or shock. This spirit medicine ALSO has the ability to go in to past traumatic instances to help create greater resolution and peace by consoling the spirit. While trauma from the past may never go away or be resolved entirely, we CAN learn how to be calm and peaceful in the face of traumatic memories and triggers, which helps with managing life.
