Yarrow
Yarrow is a fundamental remedy for boundaries, especially of the energetic variety. Those who are highly sensitive and empathic tend towards unconsciously processing or overlapping into emotional material and information about others and the world via physical, psychospiritual & emotional capacities. This can cause an overwhelm of content within the being’s faculties, making it difficult to differentiate Self from others. Yarrow flower essence works like an energetic sieve, filtering information about others and the environment, encouraging a witnessing experience rather than a processing or mixing one.
